Once again, the Knights of Columbus are sponsoring a Blood Drive on Sunday, August 9th between 8:30am until 2:30pm
Giving blood is easy -- virtually painless! And one pint of your blood can help save up to three lives!
Donating blood is safe and convenient when you are:
- In good health
- 17 years or older (16 with a parent or guardian’s written consent and 76+ with physician consent)
- Weigh at least 110 pounds (Donors aged 16-18 have additional height and weight restrictions)
- Antibiotics (except antibiotics for acne) if taken for infection, accept after last dose provided donor meets all other criteria.
- Symptom-free for at least 72 hours following cold or flu
Some medical conditions/medications, recent tattoos, piercings, or travel may impact eligibility.
